Welcome to the revolution of plastic in Sweden

Our plastic emits up to 83% lower CO2

Recycled plastic is cost-effective and environmentally competitive

Recycled plastic replaces virgin plastic in the manufacturing of new products

A Swedish start-up emerges in the plastic industry.
Peter Mellgren TMR, Josef Tapper Plastonomy and Carl Lundqvist TMR.
We offer the industry a sustainable and competitive alternative to virgin plastic in manufacturing of all kinds of plastic products using innovative technology, as well as high commercial and environmental standards. Omni Polymers are owned by TMR and Plastonomy. TMR handles everything related to corporate producer responsibility for packaging of paper, metal, and plastic. Plastonomy are specialists in fully accountable, environmentally sound and profitable plastic waste management.
Omni Polymers are supported by Klimatklivet and Nestlé. Klimatklivet is the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency's program to reduce CO2 emissions and Nestlé is the world’s largest food producer. Additionally, we are independent of commercial interest groups. Our first production facility will be situated in Ängelholm.

83% lower CO2 emissions
Preliminary studies show that the production of Omni Polymers Polyolefin granules saves 1.41 tons of CO2 per ton produced in comparison to virgin raw material production. This is a reduction of approximately 83%. Extracting and processing virgin raw material causes an irreversible effect on our planet and reduces the Earth´s resources, which is not sustainable. Recycling is a logical way to utilise existing material by upgrading and renewing it.

Polyolefin granules
Omni Polymers product is a Polyolefins made of End-of-Life Products, a blend of several different polymers. It consists mostly of Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP), which are the most produced and used plastics in the world. Omni Polymers Polyolefin granules is tested by independent laboratories to certify that its qualities meet the standards of virgin plastic used in manufacturing. We are already working with a global manufacturer of irrigation systems to replace their use of virgin material with Omni Polymers Polyolefin, due to our product’s clear environmental and commercial competitive advantage. Contact us to discover how we can work together to improve your product and make it more environmentally sustainable.

Our first production facility is located in Ängelholm, Sweden
Omni Polymers new and innovative manufacturing process transforms household plastic packaging into high quality granules. The large volume of plastic packaging available for recycling in the Nordic region guarantees an even and consistent supply of raw material. Proximity to various transportation channels ensures easy access to customers in Scandinavia, Europe and the rest of the world. The plant has a capacity to produce 12,000 tons of granules per year.

Stop burning valuable raw materials
Our use of plastic continues to increase but very little is being recycled. According to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, 85% of all plastic waste is burned. In Sweden alone, it is estimated that about $1 bn in material value is lost annually. Omni Polymers aim to change this. Our vision is a world where plastic packaging is not wasted or burned, but is recycled and reused in new products, a complete circular plastic flow.

Enough about Omni Polymers, let’s revolutionize the plastic industry together and make the world a better place!
